Consultation & simulation

Patients from all of France, Switzerland and Belgium
Nearly half of Dr Lange's patients come from elsewhere in France, from Switzerland, Belgium or Europe. The journey is designed to run smoothly: generally only two visits to Montpellier, everything else by video, without ever compromising on medical follow-up.
The principle
Consultation, simulation and follow-up take place by video. You only travel for what truly requires it: the procedure, and one in-person check-up.

About 48 hours on site, around the procedure: an in-person consultation the day before, then the rhinoplasty in the operating room.
Visit to Montpellier
A follow-up point by video to check on the immediate recovery.

A check-up appointment at the practice, 1 to 2 months after the procedure, to confirm that healing is progressing well.

A progress point by video on how the result is evolving.

A final check by video, through to the definitive result.

Wherever you live
Consultation, simulation and most check-ups take place by video. In general, only two visits to Montpellier are needed across the whole journey.
We help you with the arrangements and the organisation of your visit — scheduling, accommodation, logistics — so that everything stays smooth and stress-free.
In-person check-ups at the key stages and video follow-up the rest of the time ensure maximum medical safety, wherever you live.
Getting to Montpellier
The practice is a 5-minute walk from Saint-Roch station, in the heart of Montpellier — about 3h20 from Paris by direct TGV, and close to Montpellier-Méditerranée airport.
