Natural results, in full transparency
The photographs on this page are real rhinoplasty results performed by Dr Frédéric Lange in Montpellier. They are taken under standardised conditions — the same framing and lighting, before and after — to reflect the change faithfully, and are shared with the patients' consent.
They all reflect the same standard: a natural result, in harmony with the face, where discretion comes before transformation. Modern methods — ultrasonic and preservation rhinoplasty — contribute to this by respecting the architecture of the nose.
